Core issue has been identified and addressed and servers are showing online again:
The issue has been identified as a SAN issue. We have forced a controller failover and workloads are now resuming
RODIN will continue to confirm all servers online and are monitoring

Update
We have confirmed an outage with the upstream provider - we are currently experiencing an unscheduled incident that is impacting some NSW based IaaS/DaaS workloads and we are currently investigating both the impact and root cause.

We have identified an issue with RODIN VOICE servers reporting as offline as of 7:30am AM. We are in contact with the provider currently. Updates to follow
